SITE RULES

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  None.

YARD: The yard will be mowed by the landlord.  There should be no trash on the site, and non-working, unused vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the rental property.  No outside storage buildings or any additional structures are allowed on the site.  The campsite area should remain free of clutter.

UTILITIES: Water/Electric/Sewer is included with the campsite fee.  

TRASH:  Trash should be placed (in plastic bags) inside the trash bin provided on the property.

PETS: All pets should be on a leash or line. 

ACCIDENTS:  Cabin Corner RV Park, LLC, is not responsible for any personal injuries or loss or damage to personal property while on the park premises.  

MAINTENANCE: All maintenance requests (non-camper) should be made to
